BFA Four-Year Degree Plan: Dance

Theatre and Dance Undergrad BFA 4 yr Dance Track

The comprehensive BFA dance option can be completed in four years or eight semesters. The four-year degree plan does not take into account dual credit or transfer credit that may be considered upon admission to the University.

Course scheduling

Courses may be offered during the fall or spring semester depending on the year or offered every other year. It is recommended that you enroll in at least two technique classes each semester and that you have at least one technique class each day. Any 100 level dance courses you take will be counted as an elective; however, you may be required to take them depending on your dance level. Your first BFA review will occur during your third or fourth semester with your second occurring in your fifth or sixth.
