ISP Receives Target Grant

Congratulations to the In-School Players, the small cast of Missouri State University students who travel the local elementary school and Springfield Public Library circuit to bring live theater performances to children, for receiving a $1000 Grant from Target!

Since 1946, Target has given 5 percent of our income to the communities we serve. Our Target stores carry on this tradition by making local grants and supporting volunteer initiatives. We encourage non-profit organizations to work directly with their local Target store because they best understand the needs of their community.

We are proud to partner with organizations like yours to inspire education, make the arts affordable and accessible, and foster safe families and communities nationwide.

ISP Director Michael Frizell plans on using the grant to build sets for his upcoming Spring 2010 tour.
