Master of Education in Theatre and Speech
The Missouri State University Department of Theatre and Dance offers a Master of Science in Education in Theatre and Speech, which gives current educators additional development towards their current education degree. In addition, the degree program allows educators to expand their knowledge in the speech and theatre diciplines.
Entrance Requirements
The Master of Science in Education in Theatre and Speech requires the student to have a certification to teach secondary education and meet all graduate school requirements. Students in education-related occupations or professions other than secondary school teaching which require licensing or certification by state or national boards may be recommended for admission. The student must complete any required prerequisite courses. Such courses do not count toward completion of the degree requirements.
